Cosmic Clairvoyance
There are about 50 billion Little Green people alive at one time on all the 173 home planets.
Hence there are about 30 Little green People alive at one time that have the same identical DNA from Mathematical Probability.
This random probabilistic function puts their physical and mental genetic blueprint at 98% the same.
These identical DNA Little Green People transmit on the same telepathic frequency and hence can send and receive each other’s messages sent across the vast void of interstellar space.
Their telepathic language is structured similar to the Planet Earth’s Whales and Dolphins squeaks and whistles where these Earthly mammals use the sonic properties of water to send their messages,.

STORY SYNOPSIS..
TO LIVE AGAIN
The LITTLE GREEN PERSON who passed away is lovingly dressed in a ceremonial gown, placed in a decorated capsule and shot in to their sun at great speeds for burial.
However, they have evolved a DNA sharing system. They can send, via telemetry, the contents of their entire brain plus their DNA sequence to a special algae plant that grows no where else except on Delta Prime Sigma, a small green, oxygen rich, moon orbiting their home planet.
This algae plant will accept the DNA transmission from the dying Little Green Person, and grow a new Little Green Person which is an exact duplicate of the one that just died.
The whole process takes about 20 Earth Years.
For backup they also send, via telemetry, their DNA to five living Little Green Persons who are with in the same genetic DNA sequence.

The three million Star Cluster’s stars of NGC5139 are fairly close together and it would be possible for evolving intelligent races to skip hop from a dying star to one that is just beginning an eight billion year life ( the age of our star, the sun ) to continue evolution.
The concentration of many stars in one place would present more orbiting planets to explore looking for the basic elements of life as we know it.
