What Would Happen If We Decided To Terraform The Moon For Human Habitation..

It should be noted that there is enough oxygen on the moon to give eight billon people oxygen for 100,000 years. The oxygen is buried in moon rock and would take a great effort to bring equipment to the moon to extract the oxygen.
